If your transaction has been made within the last 30 days, you should be able to begin the refund process within the application, website, or platform where you also had your checkout. If it's not clear how to proceed with the application, try reaching out to them and they should be able to help you with your refund in most situations. Merchants can also refund transactions in the Payments dashboard of their Due account.
If it has been more than 30 days, you can submit a request with the link below and work with our support team to see if a refund can be issued. Due will work with you and the parties involved in resolving the refund.
