Payments can fail for a variety of reasons. Most often this happens if we are unable to verify the account you are making a payment to or if the information entered during the payment was incomplete. Something just as simple as a typo could do it. A payment will also fail if:
- the payment violated our Terms of Service
- the payment made to an account we are no longer able to process payments for
- the administrator of the account is not based in the United States
