All of our new accounts are set to a default $2.5k/week reserve limit which means the maximum you'll be able to withdrawal in a given week is $2.5k at this limit.
These procedures are set in place to allow our customer's to get up and running without any bottlenecks while mitigating losses due to fraudulent accounts and activity.
In order to increase your limit please send your last 3-months of processing records to email@example.com.
It does not have to be an official credit card processing statement - we just need to see some indication of expected volumes (bank statements are fine as well).
Please understand this is a very common practice amongst processing companies. We will do our best to get your request handled as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
