Your Data Remains Safe!
If you downgrade to a free plan, you will loose access to some features and products such as Projects, Time Tracking, and Expenses. Any data you may have in these products or any others will not be deleted. Once you upgrade back to a paid plan, you will gain access back to your data. Please refer to each subscription plan for more info on what is available on each plan.
Recurring Data Is Paused
Any running recurring invoices or expenses will be paused if you downgrade to a free plan. If you upgrade in the future you will have to manually resume those recurring invoices or expenses.
Upgrade In Account Settings
Go to your account settings ( https://app.due.com/settings?tab=account ) to upgrade your account to a paid plan. You must have admin level permissions to change the account subscription plan.
